Important Shipping Note:
As we ship from the USA, your local customs office may charge additional VAT, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total. We cannot refund or reimburse these charges.
For EU Customers:
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. However, as our products are personalized print-on-demand items, this only applies if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Our Policy
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we can only accept returns for defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or flawed, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.

- Shipping: Free return shipping for defective items. Customers cover return costs for other cases.
About Print-on-Demand Products
All WeedWars products are made on-demand at the moment, meaning each item is printed and shipped uniquely for your order. This ensures high quality but also means:
- No cancellations after printing (typically within 24 hours).
- Slight color variations may occur due to fabric/material differences.
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing errors (see above).
Refund Processing
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunded to your original payment.
- Non-Refundable: Digital items, gift cards, or orders over 30 days old.
Damaged During Shipping?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
